I've definitely enjoyed playing fallout. It's good to have a break from COD.

As you've completed the NCR quest line, that would mean that you've completed the game? Have you started again and doing yes man or just from an old save?

Was there anything worth having at the quarry? How did you take out the deathclaws?

I've not come across any mini nukes yet either?

How many hours have you played on Fallout?

I've got no where near completing the game. There are so many side quests and places to explore.

Jager have you come to the dark side and started the game yet?

Played for over an hour. I've never been so bored in my life, just feels like Red Dead Redemption; walking around more than anything else. Walking very slowly at that, at least in RDR you had a horse and fast-travel. I'm gonna kill everyone in the town then just be done with the game

You can fast travel. You just need to have visited the place before. The game is an RPG, where you build your characters stats and evolve with the game. It's all about exploring and finding cool stuff.

The game can be played in so many different ways, which makes me want to play through the game more than once... Call of Duty campaign, played once, never again...

The difference being I would want to play CoD again and not Fallout. Well I'm just not into that sort of game anymore, I can walk around for 30 mins in RL if I wanted!

I appreciate that Fallout might not be everyones cup of tea. Simy doesn't like Halo. I couldn't get into Bioshock, which I am assured is a great game, just not for me.

You can't really compare a game to RL! If I wanted to run around and kill people in Afghanistan, then I would have joined the Army!!! You play games to get away from RL.

I don't think New Vegas is as good as Fallout 3. Fallout 3 had a lot more big moments, I especially liked setting the nuke off at megaton.

2 games to take on a desert Island... That might be a good thread!
